I am happy the Pereg has a Plantain flour that isnt currently cross contaminated with tree nuts, wheat, and soy. It does exactly what I want and I would very highly recommend it! I'm giving this company 4 stars instead of 5 because it seems every time I place an order I get at least 1 bag that isn't totally sealed inside and even after reaching out to then multiple times they have never responded. As long as they keep this Plantain Flour allergy free I'll be back for more though because its fantastic and fits the bill!
I followed the recipe on the back for a gluten free banana cake ( although I also added 2 bananas ). The flour is awesome , smooth and bakes nicely , delicious and totally gluten free... def recommend it and would love to have it back in stock !
I can't say enough about how much I love the banana flour. As a low carb and health conscious individual, it's awesome! Products do come out a bit dense, so play around with the measurements on recipes when substituting the banana flour. It makes amazing pumpkin and banana bread!
