Description
Pre-washed quinoa. Quick & easy & healthy side dish - just add water & boil.
Prewashed Red Grain Quinoa (Gluten Free)
Stove Top: Boil 2 cups water in a small saucepan, add 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil or vegetable oil and contents of the quinoa bag. Reduce heat to low, cover loosely. Cook for 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Turn off heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.
Microwave: In a microwave safe container combine 2 cups water, contents of quinoa box, and ½ tablespoon of olive oil or vegetable oil. Cover loosely. Cook on high for 5 minutes, stir & re-cover. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 8 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.

Yummy!

Quinoa is good for you, I know. But I did not relish its flavor until I tried Pereg's Quinoa Vegetables Box. Thanks for making quinoa taste good!

Good eating

Quinoa is a total protein. Lentils loves your heart, blood pressure, weight and overall health. Quick and simple to make I have eaten this product as well as the other quinoa packages for years - at least twice a month. With vegetables, beans, lean chicken, avocado etc.- the list is endless. Great stuff. Buy it. Eat it. Go dancing…

This is great!

Quinoa can sometimes be difficult to season. Not this product. Has a subtle but distinct lemon flavor along with other herbs and seasonings that make it an appropriate side dish with just about anything. Will definitely order this again.

Tastes Great

When I first heard a friend talk about Pereg's Quinoa Vegetable mix I thought it would taste like some of the other 'good-for-you' healthy meal choices that taste strange. But everyone in the family loves the taste of the Quinoa Vegetable mix and it is at the center of most of our meals. We mix it with broccoli and tomatoes and add chicken and other foods to it on occasion and it's always delicious!
