Almond Crusted Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon filet
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Pereg Kosher Salt
  • Pereg Cracked Black Pepper
  • ½ cup Diced Almonds
  • 1 lemon

Preparation

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

STEP 2

Place salmon filet skin side down on a foil lined cookie sheet.

STEP 3

In a small bowl, whisk together honey and Dijon mustard. Season fish with salt and pepper and the spread honey mixture on top. Cover fully with diced almonds and roast for 12-15 minutes or until desired doneness.

STEP 4

Squeeze with lemon juice and serve
