I love this product! The best I tried so far! I use it on everything.

Delicious Temani chicken is easy. Lay dpwn a bed of cubed potatoes. Mix some hawaij (I like a lot) with tomato paste. Season chicken lightly with salt if not kashered, otherwise skip. Rub spice/tomato mix into chicken & potatoes.sprinkle with chicken bouillion and water cover & bake s 350 until chickeen is about 160 F, uncover & finish

I bought Pereg freekeh at our local grocery store (Safeway) a few times and loved it. Unfortunately they don't carry it anymore. We cook freekeh regularly, and what's great about Pereg freekeh as compared to the freekeh you get from Middle Eastern grocery stores (usually packaged in Turkey or Jordan) is that you don't have to pick out the little rocks and grains of sand that get in there as part of the roasting process. It's a real pain, you never get it all out, and the amount of grit differs wildly from package to package. For most cooks of Middle Eastern freekeh, that cleaning and sifting is just part of the process of cooking freekeh. But Pereg freekeh was always clean and ready to go. A game-changer for making lamb or chicken freekeh. Too bad we can't get it anymore.

Products are very good

We prefer beans that aren’t overcooked or mushy/soupy in the packaging. Thos gives us a wide range of cooking or food prep options. These black beans are perfect in black bean chili, bean tacos and Mexican/southwestern salads and pasta salads because of their firmness and uniformity.

Use them often

I use this product when I am making chicken tender rolls with Black Forest ham and provolone.
I use it inside the roll for extra flavor and outside to keep it both juicy and crispy. I also use it with many fish dishes including flounder , salmon and Dover sole. I was able to buy Pereg in the store when I lived in NJ. Now, living in FL, I am delighted to purchase it online. My pantry is never without Pereg panko.

Black Lentils

I bought black lentils when I decided to try a new recipe. I was very impressed with the black lentils because did not become mushy like other lentils become when cooked in a casarole. They were firm and very tasty. Nice

Thai Sweet Chili Seasoning was everything I thought it would be as far as flavoring. It has the sweetness and chili flavor you’d expect from a Thai style flavoring and goes well on many dishes. I really enjoy it as a plantain chip flavoring as well!
