from 172 reviewsA lovely hummus can be made in your instant out with chickpeas, garlic, plain yogurt and some olive oil. Prepare the chickpeas and garlic first with chicken or veg broth on the bean setting until they are very soft. Add the yogurt and olive oil. Smooth in a blender.
Delicious bread crumbs, very flavorful!
Pereg cumin tastes like Israel. It's fabulous.
Pereg sesame seeds come in a large bottle and they don't disappoint.. Whether topping a homemade bagel or mixing your own Zhatar, these are the sesame seeds of choice.
This product took my Mac and cheese to another level! Crispy texture with an amazing taste!
Cilantro (Coriander Leaves) for Passover
Similar to cream of wheat, I added some maple syrup and had it for breakfast. Held my appetite at bay until lunch, would recommend.
lots of cranberries give it nice flavor w/o over powering, great w other subtle flavor foods
Very good.
I did not like it. The spices were not good. The taste was dill and mint. They took over the cous cous. More garlic and parsley would have tasted much better.
I've had all these flavors before and was so happy to find them in large sizes and in a special offering. Thank you to Pereg for offering this collection.
Great item
I have been using this product faithfully for over a year. I love it! It is just the right mix of seasonings and is very versatile. I not only use it for bagels, but have seasoned chicken with it, used it when making wraps and added it to vegetables. This seasoning is not overly salty, and I love that Salt isn't the first ingredient. I highly recommend Everything but the Bagel Seasoning.
Pereg sent us some to review a while back. I took a favorite recipe I had for no-crust slow cooker pumpkin pie/pudding, and one day decided to use Pereg Hawaij for Coffee along with the original amount of cinnamon and a lesser amount of ground ginger. Oh, my. It took the dish to a whole new level. I will always use the Pereg now that I've discovered how delightfully complex and aromatic it is. Thanks, guys.
My wife is a great chef - and I am very lucky! She says, "There is nothing better than Pereg Classic Bread Crumbs." Plus, "You can simply dry your fish or chicken (or whatever) and roll it in Pereg bread crumbs, and put it in the oven. No need to add oil, eggs or flour!" and "You can spray it with a little olive oil and you can sprinkle some parmesan and/or paprika on it to suit your taste." plus "Pereg makes it simple. Don't worry about any details!" We found Pereg at Seahorse Seafood in Mattapoisett, MA -- they carry only the best. We ordered more from the Pereg website.
