A colorful mix of yellow toor dal lentils, split orange lentils, brown lentils, and yellow split peas. This mix is fantastic for soups, stews, dal, or even transformed into veggie burgers.

Brown Lentils, Yellow Toor Dal Lentils, Split Orange Lentils, and Yellow Split Peas.
How to cook dried lentils:
Rinse the lentils and place them in a pot. Cover with water several inches above the lentils. Partially cover the pan and wait until boil. After a boil, simmer over low heat for 10 - 15 minutes until soft. Season to taste. Great for purées, soups, and thickening stews.
