Coconut Smoothie

Preparation

STEP 1

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

STEP 2

Add water or milk if you want a thinner smoothie.

STEP 3

Pour in a glass and garnish with more coconut.

  • ½ cup Pereg Gourmet Sweetened Coconut
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Ground Cinnamon purchase
  • Water or milk (optional) for a thinner smoothie
