Sweet and Spicy Roasted Brussels Sprouts
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
STEP 2
Toss Brussels with olive oil, salt and red chile pepper flakes.
STEP 3
Roast in a single layer on a foil lined cookie sheet for 30 minutes, tossing after 15 minutes, until well browned.
STEP 4
Toss cooked Brussels sprouts with cranberries and serve hot.
