Tomato Salad with Avocado and Pumpkin Seeds

Preparation

STEP 1

In a large bowl, gently mix cherry tomatoes, diced avocado and olive oil together.

STEP 2

Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with pumpkin seeds, sea salt and black pepper to taste.

Serves: 2-4
