Walnut Pesto
Preparation
STEP 1
In a food processor, process walnuts, garlic and basil until pureed.
STEP 2
Drizzle in extra virgin olive oil and process until you have a paste.
STEP 3
Puree in Parmesan cheese and then salt and pepper to taste.
