- Boil 2 1/2 cups water in a saucepan. Add 1 cup Bulgur, boil for 8-12 minutes (until tender,) stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, cover. Let stand for 5 minutes, drain any excess water. Fluff with a fork & serve.
