Hawaij is a Yemenite-style spice blend. We offer two varieties, this soup blend that's perfect for more savory dishes and our coffee blend that's fantastic in sweeter recipes.
Hawaij for Soup is a sumptuous blend of cumin, turmeric, coriander, black pepper, cardamom, and cloves. The mix is perfect for seasoning soup as well as meat and vegetables. This spice mix makes a magnificent seasoning for lamb meatballs.

Add a spoonful of Hawaij for Soup into a pot of couscous or bulgur for a flavorful base to any meal.
