- Brown Lentils, Yellow Petit Lentils, Split Orange Lentils, Yellow Split Peas. (Gluten-Free)
- Cooking Instructions
- Rinse the lentils and place them in a pot. Cover with water several inches above the lentils. Partially cover the pan and wait until boil. After a boil, simmer over low heat for 10 - 15 minutes until soft. Season to taste. Great for purées, soups, and thickening stews.

These lentils are almost too beautiful to eat! ;-) I love the colors and think that they make a meal just that more appealing .
I actually added some sauteed onions and a little seasoning... was excellent. I'm buying it again.
The recipe on the back of the package is superb and easy. Served with basmati rice.
I prepared this recipe on a cool day, it warmed my kitchen and gave the kitchen and that side of the house a wonderful aroma. The taste of the soup was exceptional. The Cumin and Allspice along with the Cilantro really made this recipe. I now have to remember where I bought the mix and return for several packages.
My wife and I picked these up at World Market, because the multicolored lentils were so beautiful. We frequently make lentil soup, and today we made our soup with your Autumn Blend. It was extraordinarily good soup. We agreed that the soup tasted very creamy even though there is no dairy in it. The only difference is your lentils. We'll be sure to stock up on our next shopping trip!
